Every year during Songkran Festival or New Year's Eve tradition, government agencies will bring Buddha image to be enshrined on Busabok's car and parade around the city so that people can come to bathe the Buddha image. It is a rectangular building with a porch in front and back. The building and decoration of the original Lanna art style. On the side, you can see a large window slated into a slat, but the inside is a real window. There is a stucco pattern on the entrance arch, the columns and other parts are embossed with stucco and covered with gold, looks very exquisite.

Built as a half-timbered building, the exterior walls are decorated with stucco gods. Some of the sculptures are standing statues of Thep Phanom, some are while flying, some are decorated around the Hor Trai, made by craftsmen in the Phra Muang Kaew period. The interior is decorated with Himmapan creatures such as a winged mermaid, a winged lion, a kirin, etc., and there are guard patterns similar to those of the Meng dynasty of China.

Wihan Lai Kham has a beautiful and very intricate stucco pattern showing the craftsmanship of the craftsmen of that era that was the most advanced. The viharn in Lai Kham, built in the northern art style, has 2 Naga statues on the front steps and near the Nagas are 2 lion statues. The interior is enshrined Phra Phuttha Sihing.

On the back wall of the main Buddha image, the royal pillar (round pillar), balcony pillar (square pillar) are filled with gold and red patterns in various patterns. Behind the main Buddha image, there is a castle surrounded by dragons and swans, which is very beautiful. On the northern side of the viharn wall, there are paintings depicting "Sangthong's story" and on the bottom "Suwannahong". It is a very interesting picture, especially the story "Sang Thong", found only here.
